1. Purpose

At Samber Fitness, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Whistleblower Policy is established to encourage and protect individuals who report unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Samber Fitness employees, trainers, interns, clients, suppliers, partners, and contractors across all branches and operations, both local and international.

3. What Can Be Reported

Examples of reportable misconduct include but are not limited to:

• Harassment (sexual, verbal, physical, or emotional)
• Discrimination or bias
• Health and safety violations
• Financial fraud or embezzlement

• Unethical trainer behavior (e.g., unauthorized supplements)
• Corruption or bribery

5. Whistleblowing Encouragement & Integrity Deals

Samber Fitness believes in rewarding integrity and protecting whistleblowers. The following measures are in place:

6. Investigation Process

All reports will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Investigations will be conducted impartially by a designated internal review committee. Where necessary, external investigators or legal support may be engaged.
