At Samber Fitness, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Whistleblower Policy is established to encourage and protect individuals who report unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.
This policy applies to all Samber Fitness employees, trainers, interns, clients, suppliers, partners, and contractors across all branches and operations, both local and international.

Reports must be made in good faith. Individuals found making malicious or knowingly false allegations may be subject to disciplinary action.
